Job Description: Based out of Mumbai, and reporting in to the Business Head, you would:

- Lead a cluster of clients across sectors like Aviation, Construction, Healthcare etcetera

- Initiate the foundation of an advanced Analytics team-Recruitment, mentoring and development of specialist talent

- Provide thought leadership and industry-best practices

- Deliver on client engagements through pro-active communication, presentations, and marketing efforts

- Liaison with specialist teams of Catastrophic Modelers and Actuaries

- Work on both hands-on Risk Modeling assignments as well provide leadership interventions/facilitation

The Successful Candidate: As the Successful Applicant, you will have:

- 8-10 Years of experience in Insurance/Banking Analytics or Consulting with a focus on Insurance Analytics

- A Masters Degree in Statistics/Economics or an MBA from a top tier institute like the IITs, IIMs, MDI, ISI etcetera

- Risk Modeling and Insurance Background

- Worked with clients and managed multiple international stakeholders

- The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment in an international organization
