Job Description
- Manage client relationships from a business perspective
- Identify & develop new business opportunities from existing and new clients.
- Managing end to end projects - Drafting and conceptualizing the proposal, defining the research methodology & budgeting.
- Responsible for Marketing Consulting, Insight Mining, Market and Brand Diagnostics, Retail Analytics, Sales Modeling, Branding, Advertising and Media Strategy, Management Dashboards for clients
- Strategic consulting in marketing and branding for global & Indian clients.
- Develop innovative marketing solutions based on advanced analytics of marketing data bases.
- Lead a team of 10-12 junior and senior consultants to deliver high quality output.
Work Experience and skills:
- 10- 15 years- experience in MR, brand management or marketing consulting, with at least 3-4 years as profit centre head with business responsibility in a research agency
- Post-Graduate in any stream (preferably in Business Management/Marketing Management) from a reputed institute
- Proven team management, leadership & mentoring skills.
- High level of quantitative research ability and proficiency in analytics.
- Should be able to lead by examples, should be willing to get to ground level if need be.
- Should be flexible and pragmatic.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with limited supervision.
- Exceptional story telling & presentation skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability in growing a business and new client acquisition.
