Assistant Vice President – Infrastructure Finance  We have been retained by a foreign bank having their representative office in Mumbai and having their presence in India for more than 50 years, to identify an Assistant Vice President – Infrastructure Finance.  Responsibilities:  - Deal origination and development of business plans in the infrastructure sector, in coordination with the respective business groups headquartered in Europe.  - To conduct first line credit appraisal of a business proposal and the Indian infrastructure market and pitch for appropriate credit sanctions.   - Proactive project monitoring.   - To develop and structure new products within acceptable risk parameters.   - To establish benchmark processes and systems in credit assessment and monitoring areas.   - Responsible for ensuring compliance of credit portfolio.   Job Competencies:  - Experience in financial evaluation and financial modelling.  - Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.  - Should have negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment.  - Should have good analytical and credit appraisal skills.  Ideal candidates should be MBAs or CAs or CFAs from premier institutes and should have 6-8 years of relevant experience in business or deal origination and financial analysis in financial institutions or banks.
