AVP - Info Security Presales

Core Responsibilities :

- Lead and Contribute to the design, development and implementation of winning technical solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes.

- Should have experience in writing proposals, responding to RFPs, RFIs and quality client presentations. Work closely with OEMs and partners to support the development of winning solutions at optimum cost.

- Effectively interface with Sales and bid-management teams.

- Should have expert knowledge and good experience in high end solution architecting as well as managing implementation of large projects in Information Security domain.

- Knowledge in various areas including data centre, platforms, storage, database, web services, security, service desk, ITIL etc

- Shall have technology enthusiast with multi-vendor capabilities across industry and portfolio for Security and Privacy Solution.

Candidate must posses strong consulting and design experience in :

- Enterprise Security Architecture, experience working with at least one of the Security Architecture Framework such as TOGAF or SABSA.

- Knowledge of government regulations governing information security (HIPAA, GLBA, Data Protection Act, PCI-DSS etc). Knowledge of risk management and security frameworks (IS027001).

Strong client facing solution architecture experience in any one (multiple domains preferred) following Security domains :

- SIEM and Security Operations Consulting. Technology and Operational Architecture, System Design and Deployment. Deep understanding of SIEM tools: QRadar, Arcsight, Mcaffe.

- Identity and access management, privilege identify management, cloud identity services, identity as a service. Deep understanding of OEM portfolios: IBM Tivoli, Oracle IAM, etc

- Data and Application Security: Tools and methodologies, data security techniques and infrastructure solutions like DLP, Data Protection, Database Activity Monitoring solutions.

- IT GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) advisory and solution development including tools and services. RSA Archer, SAP GRC, IBM Open pages

Broader understanding of security solution to support security architecture development :

- Strong Network knowledge to support Security solutions.

- Systems Security, Application security and Antivirus solutions.

- Penetration Testing & Vulnerability assessment tools.

- Data Leakage and Prevention solutions. (Symantec, RSA, etc.). End-point Security Systems.

- Working knowledge of security tools Appscan, Web Inspect, Acunetix, Nessus, ISS, Burp Proxy, Nmap etc.

- Working knowledge for Unix and Windows platforms.

- Enable and engage with delivery/quality organization for the creation/verification/approval of above mentioned deliverables

- 10+ Years of proven experience in IT Security

- 8 years minimum experience in pre-sales / architect roles

- CEH, CISSP or similar certifications desirable.

- Excellent team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills :

- Formal College Level education with Major in Engg./ Management/Science and proven experience of solution design or project management capabilities in Enterprise ITS Service Line offerings

- Desirable experience of 10 - 15 years with proven skills and execution capabilities

- Prior experience of working in a matrix organization
