A Leading MNC Pharmaceuticals is looking to hire AVP-India & Emerging Market with 12 to 15 years of experience in International Sales, Marketing, BD & Key Accounts Managements.  Key Responsibilities:  - Handling overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for company Growth Drivers( Biosmilar, Respiratory for the Region for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget.   - Organise the direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed.  - Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with management colleagues. Build the segmentation strategy, set the positioning plan, develop the products budget across all BU's. Partner with in-country teams for developing & implementing brand plans & Devise, implement product launch strategies in key markets through distributor teams.  - Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, patient support groups and other healthcare organisations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored.   - Conduct necessary market research and competitive intelligence and analyze quantitative and qualitative data for market characterization and customer segmentation. Analyzing IMS data across export markets for arriving at the portfolio mix across geographies-  - Assist with the strategic direction of medical education and KOL engagement planning. Artwork development generating artworks by collaborating with cross functional teams & Connecting with legal team for initiating TM search & filing process  The Successful Candidate:   - 12-16 years of relevant work experience   - Industry experience in Pharmaceutical would be beneficial   Qualification:   - MBA from a reputed institute
