Location: Jaipur

Job Summary Assistant Vice President, Training Academy is responsible for supporting assigned business team / site operations on a tactical level to provision and embed domain specific programs, to enhance capability of employees.

Assistant Vice President, Training Academy works with the Business Heads to develop, implement and facilitate workforce capability and effectiveness programs that cultivate strong domain knowledge, front to back understanding of IB Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities: - Partner with the Head FTA, TA, HRBP to embed the workplace capability, strategy and plan.

- Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders to identify specific capability needs and ensure Training programmes are delivered effectively against defined delivery/service levels

- Ensure business needs and requirements are understood and integrated appropriately in all workplace capability and effectiveness solutions and standards are upheld in all facets of design, development and delivery

- Implement certification programs, boot camps, calendar programs, foundation Programmes, e-learning sessions, and other social learning tools to drive engagement, effectiveness and collaboration in the workplace for knowledge sharing.

- Liaise and coordinate internal and external vendors to create world-class training interventions delivered utilizing a variety of mediums

- Facilitate marketing and communication activities to drive awareness, engagement and participation in training interventions.

- Monitor and control direct cost and FTA Operating budget.

- Provide analysis and reports to Leadership team to support people management decisions and prioritization

Experience / Requirements: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in training, operations, KPO, BPO, banking, customer service, vendor management roles.

- Understanding of financial market products and front to back Investment Banking environment

- Experience of operating at a senior level with decision making capabilities, including management of large teams and / or projects.

- Strong communication and people management skills

- Strong team player with integrity

- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes responsibilities, and escalates issues as necessary.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong Word and Excel skills required.

Qualifications: Post Graduate Management Qualification, preferably in Finance / HR
