Should have handled wealth recruitment in a Financial Firm/Recruitment firm. Understanding of the wealth business is an advantage.
- Complete responsibility for recruitment - end to end
- Do the initial screening of resumes.
- Conduct personal interviews / telephonic interviews for the first level screening.
- Co-ordinate with consultants and Business heads / Branch heads for all the positions - in the existing branch and for the new branch expansion.
- Fitment and offer negotiations with the candidates.
