Job Purpose : Responsible for assisting in the designing and carrying out the implementation of the processes, frameworks and tools for Organizational Effectiveness and Employee Engagement and for establishing a constructive workplace
Organization Effectiveness :
- Conceptualize & drive OD Interventions that emerge out of the organization diagnostics.
- Develop Career Path model in partnership with business HR.
- Establishing Organization Health Index based on identified parameters.
- Manages the organizational assessment process including analysis of employee demographics, findings, recommendations for improvement, and consulting to enable employee effectiveness
Employee Engagement :
- Strategies and design a employee health & wellness initiatives including sustainable engagement events.
- Implement Employee Engagement Survey, evaluate outcomes and drive action planning with business HR
- Implement Group R&R and special organization development projects
Data Analytics :
- Supports dissemination of confidential documents & data cuts related to disciplinary/statutory/constructive workplace.
- Identifies, tracks and monitors key impacting organizational effectiveness
- Maintains HR Scorecard for the organization.
- Responsible for people analytics on various parameters including management reporting of key interventions
