Urgently Require - AVP - HRIS - Hyderabad

Exp - 8+ years

- Responsible for managing and upgrading PeopleSoft HRMS in co-ordination with Global PeopleSoft support team

- Working as a Functional Consultant, liasoning between the HR and the IT team to facilitate implementation and upgradation of various HR applications (online payslip and tax forecast application), New Hire Website, Employee Grievance application, Employee Confirmation application, etc.

- Facilitating and streamlining MIS reporting for HR and Compensation team etc
