AVP - HR Specialist - Training & Operational Governance - Shared Services (12-15 yrs)

Hiring HR Specialist who is having exposure on Training and Operational Governance for AVP level role.

Please find below the key deliverables for the role :

- Facilitate and focus on resource readiness to build capacity & capabilities to deliver on the service expectation through a robust training framework.

- Monitor the service delivery metrics for training efficacy and publish the operational scorecards.

- Thorough understanding of the HR processes to be able to provide on the ground project support for the process optimization initiative.

- Experience in HR shared services and global organization is must.

The selected individual will lead the team of staff in Chennai doing, Operational training and governance (incl. call quality, metrics) and content structuring.

- Co-coordinating the process optimization project locally on the ground and in collaboration with the lead in HQ

- Lead the build of the SME training framework in Chennai

- Building the cross training framework in Chennai at both intra & inter team level

- Ensure roll-out and monitoring of the Operational score card and visual dashboard implementation, monitoring and day to day mgmt.

- Overseeing the training and other activities related to new work migration and projects

- Project management role to include end to end planning and implementation for assigned projects as may be assigned.

- Selected Individual will analyze and process map new and/or existing business. S/he will be responsible for identifying and defining detailed training requirements as well as identifying and maintaining internal tracking reports/matrixes to ensure all cases are responded to within the agreed upon SLAs.

- Selected Individual will also participate in transitioning defined requirements to the team ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the HR Operations requirements relative to this particular function.

- Emphasizes the importance of Service Delivery values on quality, efficiency and operational excellence on a daily basis.

- Is a strategic and tactical business partner to the HRDSO Manager, HRDSO program managers and other key stakeholders.

- Must possess the ability to negotiate skillfully in difficult situations. Develop processes to enhance communication and sharing of best practices in the team.

- Accomplish desired results by setting priorities, effectively managing through people and processes utilizing reliable tools, and leveraging resources and other parts of the HR Service Delivery Team.

- Assist in the design/development of analysis tools or processes, innovation and their training on these tools to develop both quality team and operational excellence.

- Establish and maintain high performance expectations and accountability for these. Assign clear results agreements, and provide knowledge and enabling resources to ensure individuals deliver desired contributions and results. Monitor implementation to assure success and accountability for results.

- Review daily reports to improve process measurements and analyze data to allow early detection of performance risks. Review process should be established and maintained to understand variance to performance and allow for proper action.

- Ensure operational excellence and quality standards are adhered to at all times.

Selection criteria :

- Master's Degree preferably in communication, training.

- Minimum of 12 years experience

- Good experience in a shared services / HR service delivery environment.

- Previous experience supervising a staff to include performance management.

- Ability to determine functional processes / priorities based on the requirements of the business and quickly adapt an approach for necessary HRSDO change.

- Ability to effectively communicate service delivery issues / recommendations to management both within and outside of HRDSO Team.

- Lean six sigma qualifications a plus.

- Leadership qualities to facilitate the team's ability for accurate and timely delivery.

- Excellent communications skills.

- Excellent reading, writing, and listening skills.

- Ability to develop / maintain business relationships necessary for the team to fulfill service delivery requirements.

- Demonstrated strong Project Management and Process Improvement skills with emphasis on life-cycle planning and end-to-end delivery.
