About our Client :

- Leading firm in the manufacturing space. Based out of Bangalore they are looking to hire to seasoned shred services professional to setup the shared services.

Job Description :

- Role Lead the entire integration of the shared services setup

- Set and manage Hire to retire performance and strategic direction, while ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day operations (e.g. Learning Admin, Employee lifecycle, Payroll and Benefits etc)

- Ensuring that timely reminders are sent on the Performance review process, managing the cascading of objectives, consolidating performance review data and sharing it with the Corporate HR analysis

- Ensure that overall delivery of services to Opcos meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined

- Leading a team of professionals to ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs

The Successful Candidate :

As a successful candidate :

- You should have 12+ years of experience in setting up shared services and migrating processes preferably in a manufacturing setup

- Should have managed a team of 50+ people
