At least 5 years experience in HR Process Design

- At least 5 years experience in Human Capital

- At least 2 years experience in Workshop facilitation/data collection

- Basic knowledge in Competency management/modeling

- Basic knowledge in Experience with HR / Labour laws for India

- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days in a month

- Min one life cycle implementation/ Integration of process with an ERP (Sap/Peoplesoft)

- English: Fluent

Preferred

- Master's Degree

- At least 5 years experience in HR Process Design

- At least 5 years experience in Human Capital

- At least 5 years experience in Workshop facilitation/data collection

- At least 5 years experience in Competency management/modeling

- At least 5 years experience in Experience of SAP/ People Soft enviroment

- Total Experience of 10 Years minimum.
