AVP - HR Generalist (8-13 yrs)
Job Title : AVP – Human Resources (HR Generalist Role)
Location : NCR ( Delhi/Gurgaon)
Reporting To : Vertical HR Leader & Vertical Buisness Leader
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management (across Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Training).
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Drive strategic HR related planning, organization design, employee development, performance management and compliance
* Creating the overall strategy on employee imperatives such as staffing, retention of existing resources and overall performance improvement.
* Responsible for full function HR generalist activities: Staffing & Recruitment including headcount planning, conducting interview and hiring process, facilitating staff transfer, and conducting exit interview.
* Drive strategic HR related planning, organization design, manager coaching, employee development, performance management and compliance
* Assist in key HR initiatives including performance management process and compensation planning.
* Interpret and implement HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams and individual employees that further the mission, values and strategic vision of the business.
* Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues.
* Work to resolve organizational and employee issues in a proactive and positive manner
Specific competences
* Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
* Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders within Genpact
* Good communication / interpersonal skills and be able to work with minimal supervision
* Business/results oriented
* Excellent communicator, good interpersonal skills, good presentation skills
* Ability to lead & work in cross functional teams
