This is regard to Job Opportunity for the position of AVP - HR with top US based MNC

Location : Mumbai

Job Description:

1.Compensation & Benefits :

- Designing, Implementing and monitoring Incentive Compensation Plans a

- Designing cost reduction strategies and plans for multiple Business Units

- Involved in designing Compensation structures for multiple geographies

- Coordinating with external agencies for Compensation benchmarking exercises and procuring Market data

- Coordinating with vendor for external market data and surveys on compensation, attrition benchmarking etc

- Evaluating and proposing mid-year Hike recommendations for employees and leaders

- Rolling out regular analytics reports on Incentives and Compensation

2. Performance Management System :

- Carrying PMS awareness sessions in order to make the employees aware of the process and ways the performance Management System would be carried out.

- Assisting the HOD in launching Performance Management System with key focus on Top-down deployment of Key Result Areas of executives.

- Follow up activities and close monitoring of KRA's versus achievement at Works.

- Provide inputs towards the HR functional strategy by providing possible strategies for manpower reduction & redeployment.
