Job Details :
- Manage stakeholders involving Business and HR Leaders, HR Shared Services and other functions such as Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance, Technology, MIS
Deliver global and local People initiatives such as :
Performance and Remuneration Review : partner with Compensation and Benefits to execute the annual review, manage communications, analysis and governance as well as conduct awareness sessions covering the performance and rewards philosophy, review steps for Managers, thereby uplifting managerial capability
Statutory Compliance : partner with Legal, Risk and HR Operations to interpret statutory requirements and govern HR risk and compliance (both global and local)
People Planning : facilitate the planning process to identify High Potentials, identify fast track growth opportunities and formulate a succession pipeline
Driving employee engagement through analysis of survey results, action planning, managing feedback sessions and action planning
Hiring and Internal Movements : partner with Recruitment Services and HR Operations to ensure the - right fit- for the right role and the right salary
Grievance Handling and Performance Improvement : partner with Employee Relations to coach Managers to manage Employee issues and drive - out performance-
