AVP - HR Business Partner - Logistics Domain (8-12 yrs)
Role Description :
Driving HR initiatives (Direct - managing a team of approx. 2-3 HR BPs) and HR functions across Warehouses and Distribution centers
This position offers a complex blend of recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations across a work force of 2000+ employees. This role interacts with senior management on a daily basis on a wide variety of topics providing assistance and support. Creates a culture that values retention, coaching, career development and succession planning.
Requirements :
- Minimum 8 -10 years business/HR Generalist experience involving direct accountabilities in the areas of recruitment, selection, employee relations, affirmative action, benefits administration, job analysis and compensation administration
- MBA from a top tier B School with around 10 years of experience in core IR or corporate HR functions
- Implementing HR strategy and recruitment for the Logistics piece in the organization
- Payroll administration for 1000 employees, most of whom are blue collar employees
- Administration of the various work locations in India.
- Leading a team of executives in HR and Administration
- HR budget for the financial year
- Compliance and knowledge of statutory requirements - PF, ESI, WC, Factory law etc.
