AVP - HR Business Partner
- A strategic HR business partner role that involves creating and implementing the HR strategy in line with business priorities supporting global stakeholders.
- Implementing the performance/talent management/R&R/C&B processes to maximize talent development, retention and engagement in line with company policies. Also, will hold the responsibility of customization & adaptation of Corporate policies to business.
Experience managing global stakeholders is a must.
