Our client is a Global Banking firm, Looking for HRBP professional for IT organisation of 3000+ employees

Designation: AVP- HR Business Partner

Reports to Site Lead Human Resources and handle a team.

Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business leader to identify and build capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes in sync with business priorities.

- Support business managers and help in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with business requirement.

- Facilitate and help business implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery in partnership with T&D team

- Work with managers across business and help build development plans with need to provide opportunities with focus on current and future performance standards

- Work closely with HR leadership to improve the policies and lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement in line with industry best practices.

Desired Profile:

- 10-15 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience from IT/ITES/KPO domain

- MBA/PGDM in HR from reputed institute(Full-time)

- Strong communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Strong Business acumen and understanding of operations

- Comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy

- Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy

- Ability to identify new ways for HR to support the business strategy

- Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes

- Usage of Data driven Business Information

- Ability to operate in a Matrix setup

- Managing ambiguity and difficult customers
