AVP - HR Business Partner - IT Domain - Investment Bank (6-11 yrs)
We are looking for an AVP HRBP with one of our clients based out of Pune. Our client is technology arm of one of the reputed Investment Banking firm.
- He will be working very closely with Senior Leadership Business heads and HRBP Team to drive business performance, ensure the provision of a pro - active, comprehensive and world class HRBP service
- Support Business Leaders in building capability through identifying top talent and development of top players
- To support the business leaders in raising the performance bar by building a strong and rigorous development culture and relevant learning solutions.
- Partner globally with HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of processes.
- Participate in key strategic projects such as the business transformational programs
- As a senior HR Business Partner he will play a key role in embedding the change and making it stick. The candidate must have around 14-18 years of total HR experience out of which few years should be in IB technology/IT industry.
