Currently we are hiring for a Leading Investment Bank for the position of AVP - HR Business Partner.  Role : AVP- HR Business Partner  Experience : 8+ years  Requirements :  - Full Time MBA From Premium College  - Facilitates the effective execution of HR services to a segmented population within the designated business/function department to enable business performance.  - Accountable for providing consultative support to the stakeholders, involve in strategic and analytical based decision making, ability to right skill the function, attract and retain talent and ensure best practices are leveraged and implemented to drive process efficiency.  - Support the aligned business/function department in designing a world class HR function by delivering the right people strategy and partner to demonstrate the value of HR function to the business.   - Strengthen performance management  - Relevant aligned Human Capital management  - Effective regulation and compliance  - Drive the right Employee Value proposition   - Drive aligned Succession and Talent management  Education / Relevant Experience / Other Qualifications :  - Work experience of 8 years in a Business HR role. Qualification in HR would be a requisite  - Effective team player with good inter-personal skills, influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills  - Seasoned professional who can serve as a consultant to management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives  - Knowledge of diverse personnel culture, values and multi-regional HR policies will be helpful.  - Interacts with management and customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across the business and/or regional lines
