Experience - 10 Years in HR with at least a 4-5 year stint in handling employee Relations

- He/She should have experience in HR Business partner role & should have managed an employee base of 600 plus

- Excellent communication and Influencing skills

Education - MBA-HR, from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School.

Shift - Should be flexible to work between 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM.
