KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent Acquisition :
- Vacancy Management - Monitor and is accountable for staffing across the assigned business and territory as per approved budgets.
- Ensure optimal mix for sourcing candidates, encouraging the preferred channel for sourcing.
- Ensure adequate pipeline of candidates is maintained for critical positions.
- Monitors and handles hiring escalations
- Responsible for handling vendor relations and escalations
- Focused approach towards identifying new hiring avenues like job ready & Social Media etc.
Employee Engagement :
- Drive various HR initiatives to foster employee engagement across the assigned portfolio.
- Employee Career Discussions: To understand their career aspirations, clarify expectations; discuss career options, help employees to chalk out their career plans etc. Analyze this data and recommend strategies to meet employee expectations
- Exit Management: Conduct and analyze attrition data, and recommend way forward to improve retention. Regular review with business to ensure retention wherever possible.
- New Joinee Mentoring: Drive the initiative across the region. Conduct mentor training workshops all mentors.
- Reward and Recognition: Drive various programs. Ensure proper recognition platforms are introduced so R & R becomes aspirational to the employees
Performance Management :
- Guiding / Training managers on Performance Management System.
- Partnering with Line to ensure that expected performance standards are maintained
Talent Management :
- Partnering with line to create career opportunities for individuals identified under the talent pool.
Employee Relations :
- Supporting business teams on issues pertaining to discipline, the Code of Conduct, Employee grievances / complaints etc and ensuring fair opportunities are given to employees.
- Educating employees on processes and policies
Training and Development :
- Track and ensure training penetration
- Conduct training need analysis and ensure relevant programs are organized for employees.
- Provide inputs on new/existing training programs
HR Operations :
- Handle employee escalations on Leaves, Transfers, confirmations, notice pay buyout, salary release, HRMS updation etc.
- Ensure adherence to TAT as per SLAs for various HR process(Leave, Transfers, New Joinee formalities, etc)
