Role: AVP HR Analytics

Location: Mumbai

Key responsibility

- Responsible for the timely and accurate production of HR related Analytics and Management Reports

- Ensure the timely and accurate production for EXCO reports related to HR analytics and Management reports and assist in the follow-up on issues arising from EXCO meetings.

- Manage all Management Information related requests related to HR Service Delivery including and not limited to monthly reportings at the Group, regional and country level.

- Develop and optimize HR analytics capabilities and Management Information, re-engineer processes and manage and control HR technology whilst ensuring efficient HR systems.

- Develop management routines to ensure analytics are consistently leveraged and evolve to meet the needs of HR and business objectives

- Develop and enhance the quality of MI reports to help users in business planning and management.

- Timely and accurate submission.

- Timely reviews/Changes and Escalation.

- Provide support to users on their queries and enhancing the quality of reports produced.

- Assist in ongoing and inter-year and annual Risk Control Assessment.

- Provide support to Group/Regional team for any new projects/systems launch/updates.

- Provide comprehensive MI for Mandatory training.

Experience:

- Graduate with 5-10 years of experience with atleast 3-4 years of experience in Analytics

- Excellent analytical and data mining skills

- Proficiency in excel, powerpoint is a key requirement of this role
