Accountabilities:
Key Performance Indicators:
- Monitoring, Control and improvement of FMS operations across the Group.
- FMS includes Travel, Transportation, Communication, Housekeeping Service, Event Management, Space Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Guest House Management, Hotel Management & Other Employee related soft services
- Survey and feedbacks.
- Conceptualizing and formulating strategies to standardize FMS functions across the Group based on best industry practices.
- Number of functions standardized/streamlined.
- Designing action plans to ensure cost reduction across all FMS services across the Group.
- % Savings achieved across the Group
- Enhancing user experience for all services offered by FMS.
- FMS ECHO Score
- Managing external stake holder relationship.
- Improvement in service level and cost reduction.
