We are hiring for AVP / GM Operations for a leading Inl Manufacturing Japanese MNC in Bhiwadi.  Please note the details and the Job Description as follows.  TITLE : AVP/Sr GM / GM - Operations  Location : Bhiwadi  DEPARTMENT: Operation  REPORTING to: Head - Manufacturing & Projects  Job Responsibilities:  - Good Knowledge of chemical composition of printing inks / paints   - Continue to focus on the efficiency and meeting the production standards/ output requirements every time.  - Lead the team and will be accountable for the operational goals & objectives.  - Responsible for the manpower selection and the complete utilization of their skills & knowledge.  - Responsible to maintain the simplicity and flexibility in the process.  - Responsible to design effective material flow to maintain the min. inventory levels & to improve the working capital  - Responsible to eliminate all kind of waste on the shop floor by using techniques like VSM, MOST, standardized work, 5S, etc- .  - Responsible for the optimum utilization of floor space available.  - Responsible to improve overall operational availability.  - Prepare Corrective Action Reports for Customers and internal concerns as may be required.  - Responsible for Health & safety, statutory compliance related to plant  - Review of TPM initiative and ISO 9000 activities.  - Budgeting activities of the plant  Additional Skills:  - Good organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  - Mathematical/Analytical and proven problem solving skills
