Job Description:
- New customer acquisition
- Development of prospects and Leads
- Meet Revenue and Customer win targets
- Lead and drive sales managers / engineers, if any, towards achieving individual targets
- Travel to prospect / customer locations (Europe,USA & CANADA etc) extensively to win new customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Direct sales experience in USA or Europe for IT / its related industry is mandatory. Must have experience of winning new customers.
- Good network in Europe, USA & Canada or any other International Region.
- Required to have appreciation & understanding of business model followed by Indian IT companies, and win themes / value propositions.
- Must have sound understanding on IT Services & atleast 8+ years must be in New Business Development for International Market
