Job Description  Location- Malad   Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) - Must   Experience : 9+years of experience into hardcore accounting  Profile: Accounting & Finance  Good exposure into team handling  Job Description:  Ensure the team performs monthly activities on time  Post, Review Accrual & Adjustment Entries  Hardcore General Ledger accounting experience  Excellent in communication skills  Preparing monthly reports and assisting in month end closing  General Ledger posting & month end  Preparing monthly high level Flash reports for the business giving financials and headcount details  Preparing Ops P&L MIS reports showing financial trends MOM.  Financial validation and tracking actual performance against budgets and forecasts  Review of monthly database updates for various systems and platforms and validate data source feeds with end-user  Help the team to identify and implement process improvement initiatives or standardization ideas that will increase productivity and efficiency, reduce cycle or processing time and reduce error rates  Support and adhere to both regional and global procedures and rules of the road (Global policies, change control, methodologies, etc.)
