Our client is a Leading analytics consulting firm. The role will be aligned to one of their largest banking clients. They are looking for AVP- Fraud Analytics who should come with excellent experience in fraud risk modelling, fraud strategy and reporting.
Job Description :
Reporting to the VP, you will be responsible for :
- Leading a team of 30 analysts working on collections and fraud risk reporting and analytics for US Credit Cards portfolio of a Top Global Bank
- Development of fraud risk and collections strategies
- Build fraud risk models
- Evaluate existing processes in relation to corporate objectives and industry leading practices
Profile :
As a Successful candidate, you must :
- Have a Master's Degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Management from a top tier institution
- 8+ Years of solid experience in fraud and collection analytics
- Experience in Credit card/ banking domain with knowledge across customer lifecycle
- Strong experience on statistical tools like SAS, SQL etc. is essential
- Have excellent people management skills and must have team lead experience of 20+ size team for at least 2 years in similar domain
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated executive presence along with ability to lead teams
