CA-AVP -Financial Reporting & R2R {Transition / Pre Sales / Transformation}

- Qualified CA with 10-18 years Post qualification with exposure on managing Financial reporting and RTR

- Should understand outsourcing model

- Strong understanding on Solutions, transition and transformation role

- Will be responsible for team management and Client management

- Specialist in RTR and treasury functions with expertise in Statutory regulations, financial management, audit, compliance and taxation

- Expertise in Implementing Advanced FAO Operating Models, Shared Services and FAO CoE

- Driven FAO Consulting and Business Process Re-engineering assignments onshore

- Strong in FAO solution and transition write ups, Due Diligence and client presentation

- Good experience in working in RFP/RFI, Contracting and deal closures

- Financial Consolidation and Reporting of 250 +entities worldwide.

Work involved preparation of :

- Monthly performance pack and reports for the Group CFO and Corporate executive board, Sales report for investor relations, Preparing notes to Annual Results, commentary for variances,

- Interacting with regions and entities across the globe for collation of financial information, booking consolidation adjustments and preparation of performance packs with related analysis and commentaries.

- Core team producing all internal and external MI reports for strategic decision making

- Pivotal role during reporting cycles interacting with multiple group and market finance streams

Operational Accountability :

- Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.

- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure stakeholder satisfaction & Operational excellence

- Point of escalation for all delivery issues and offshore Subject Matter Expert on RTR and FP&A Space

- Manage business relationships with internal/external customer groups, peers and senior management

- Ensure training & developmental plan for all the team members

- Manage process with zero liability- delivery through robust process controls

- Work with Risk Management team/Internal and External auditors for audit and compliance

- Participate in Operations Reviews
