Job Responsibilities
- The role will be a combination of deep FP&A domain skills, excellent solutioning mind-set, good commercial sense in structuring deals, and excellent customer facing skills.
- The incumbent will be responsible for providing demonstrable depth in FP&A helping win new deals, coach and mentor existing account teams to move along the service value chain, provide consulting depth to customers in the F&A space.
- Identify solutions to productize FP&A offerings
- Provide overall guidance and support in formulating the growth strategy for this segment, identifying tactical-level execution elements, and leading execution of the tactical plan
Desired Profile:
- Qualified CA with 10+ years of post-qualification experience, relevant experience in FP&A domain of at least 5+ years
- Experience in solutioning / deal structuring / strategy formulation / business planning an added advantage
- Proven experience in customer consultation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
