Financial Operations Manager - Accounts Payable - Projects/Process Improvement - CA (8-17 yrs)
NOTE: ONLY CA Qualified Candidates would be preferred.
- Develop and implement consistent and scalable processes to support growth in business and new project implementation. Facilitate consolidation of processes into verticals based on specialization and homogeneity of activities.
- Manage AP projects operating in different geographies and verticals and ranging from and not limited to geo expansion, new product / channel launch, improving process efficiency and reducing operating costs.
- Develop a repository of technical solutions and functionalities used by AP team which can serve as reference point for future projects.
- Build the necessary framework to ensure that global solutions are rolled out in new projects. Customizations, if any, should be included for ensuring compliance with Tax and Legal requirements.
- Standardize project implementation methods and processes build scalable templates for capturing business requirements and preparing test cases.
- Work with Business teams to collect and understand project / enhancement requests and discuss with Tech teams and AP Senior Leadership team to get projects listed and prioritized on roadmap of Tech teams.
- Identify opportunities for technology enhancements including process automation, prepare business case supported by comprehensive financial analysis and obtain management acceptance and support to deploy the new workflow / technical solution.
- Prepare and communicate project goals, roles & responsibilities, execution schedule and expected outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
- Establish a framework for reporting project progress to senior leadership and project stakeholders. Prepare and publish dashboards to senior leadership to share updates on project progress.
