The Finance Team of 25 members is broadly responsible for:  - Financial Control activities like GL, Treasury, Tax  - Finance Operations like Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll and Financial Budgeting & Performance  Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:  - Managing Tax & compliance Risk for the entity  All Direct Tax and Compliance including Service Tax, Customs Duty, SEZ Regulation, local body taxes:   - Tax Returns & compliance  - Transfer Pricing & compliance   - Assessments & Advisory  - Compliance & Litigation   - Tax Accounting & Audits  Must Have Skill(s) with minimum Years of Experience:  - 8 to 12 year of post qualification experience of which around 3 to 5 years in similar role  - Experience in IT or ITES Captive or Banking Captive  Desired Skill(s):  - Direct & Indirect Tax and Compliance   - SEZ & STPI Regulation & Compliance   - Tax Assessment  - Tax Advisory   - Audits by big four   - Well developed written and oral communications skills.   - Ability to work in a team environment   Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
