About our Client - Our client is a Leading Investment Bank with a strong presence in Asia. As a part of expansion a opportunity has arisen for a senior role in Financial Control for their finance captive center in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting to the VP - Financial Control, your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting of consolidated accounts.
- Streamlining, standardization and documentation of financial process and policies across locations.
- Improving the control environment for the finance and accounts function across all locations.
- Leading a large team and ensuring their career progression.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a CA with at least 9-10 years of post-qualification experience, with very strong experience in controllership (G/L Accounting, Financial Closing & Reporting, Intercompany) and global stakeholder management. Transitions experience would be an edge. The incumbent needs to have strong team handling and people management skills.
