About our Client - Our client is a leading financial services setup looking to expand their operations and are looking for a seasoned professional to be lead their finance transformation vertical.

Job Description - Reporting into the VP Change & Transformation, your key responsibility would be:

- Planning and managing of projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality across diverse finance processes like Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Product Control.

- Define the scope of the project, own and manage project goals, risks, issues and resources

- Understanding of project management office and governance concepts

- Contribute to reviews and audits of project to ensure conformance to standards

- Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies

- Establish a collaborative & long-term relationship with management and stakeholders

- Comply with relevant Group Policies & promotion of an environment of continuous improvement ensuring a QA process is applied through the project lifecycle

The Successful Candidate - CA or MBA from a tier one institution with over 9-14 years of relevant work experience with an MNC Bank/Financial Institution

- Excellent understanding of driving transformation and re-engineering projects across diverse finance processes (Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Product Control) shall not be considered.

- Past experience of driving high impact finance change projects or streamline financial processes is a must

- Strong track record of success in your previous roles managing international stakeholders

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred
