About our Client - Our client is a leading financial services setup looking to expand their operations and are looking for a seasoned professional to be part of their finance transformation vertical.
Job Description - As an Assistant Vice President, you would be part of the finance change & transformation function for the finance shared service function of the bank. This function is responsible for driving high impact six-sigma projects across finance functions like financial reporting, regulatory reporting, reconciliation, FP&A etc. You would be responsible for liaising with the business heads for continuous improvement and change management while acting as an internal consultant for the organization and drive business managers for process improvement, process excellence, product design etc.
The Successful Candidate - CA or MBA from a tier one institution with over 10 years of relevant work experience with an MNC Bank/Financial Institution
- Excellent understanding of driving transformation and re-engineering projects across diverse finance processes (Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Product Control, etc). People having experience of driving finance transformation only across R2R, P2P, O2C shall not be considered.
- Past experience of driving high impact finance change projects or streamline financial processes is a must
- Strong track record of success in your previous roles managing international stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred
