Qualification: B.Tech + MBA from the top institute only

Industry Preference: Power/Steel/Infrastructure

Job Summary:

- To Head Finance & Accounts

- Fund Raising and Project Financing

- Working capital management (Both fund based and non fund based with consortium bankers)

- Cash flow preparation, Financials preparations (both quarterly and annually)

- Aixed asset accounting and maintenance with physical verification

- Application of various laws on day to day activities (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Company Law, etc.)

- Servicing foreign currency debts

- Analysis of various expenses, advances, etc.

- Presenting MIS and other reports to the management

- Budgeting and Annual Operating Plan Preparation and consolidation

- Processing of invoice, BRS and month end activities

- Dealing with bankers for fund disbursement

Key Deliverables:

- Ensure Efficient Utilization of resources assigned

- Ensure management of approvals and permits from local/statutory authorities

- Oversee generation of periodic MIS representing progress status and advise on alternate solution to the unresolved issues

- Identify and quantify the risks for taking collaborative decisions with senior management of the business

- Provide leadership in the exchange of knowledge relating to best, current international practice and in identification and analysis of trends

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, private professional bodies

- Conduct progressive staff performance and development evaluations
