AVP - Finance Contol - CA - BPO/ITeS

We have an opening for Fortune 500 MNC for the designation of Finance controller/AVP.

- Looking for the CA post Qualification min 5 Years.

- Looking for the candidates having Extensive experience in Finance & Accounts into RTR(GL Accounting),closing & reporting, with transitions/migrations & stakeholders management.

- Team handling experience required.

Qualification/ Skills required for Chief Accountant:

- Chartered accountants - must have

- RTR Domain expert- must have

- Good communication skills- must have

- Good executive presence- must have

- Controller kind of profile

- Flexibility to work in US/UK/Aus/European

- Look for people in audit assurance, consultant roles

Role & Responsibilities of Chief Accountants (For messaging to/ assessment of candidates):

- Be a controller, owner of P&L

- Interact with Senior VP & Finance Director for assigned geography or cluster of countries

- Will be responsible for closing, reporting, reconciliation, integrity of finance numbers, quality of information for senior management, implementation of global process harmonization at cluster/ country level

- Expected to have a consultative mindset - identify and assign solutions, come up with recommendations, highlight potential & accounting gaps, facilitate robust book closure & accounting, work with Finance community at Client's end

- Good understanding of how an ERP works, how multiple audit requirements (internal/ external audits) work and enhance Controllership

- Ability to work with virtual teams

Qualification/ Skills required for SDL Support role :

- CA

- F&A expert across all 3 towers - OTC/ PTP/RTR

- Second in-charge to SDL (First escalation poc in case of any issues across any of the 3 towers, before any issue reaches SDL)

- Good skills/ experience in interacting with people/ managing people issue etc.

- BPO/ITeS preferred.
