About our Client: Our client is a UK MNC with nearly 30 years of experience in providing security solutions. With a turnover of around 800 crores globally, they have now expanded to India and are looking for an individual to lead their finance activities.
Job Description:
As the AVP Finance, you will be Assisting the UK Head of Finance and the CFO as necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and developing the Indian office accounting function
- Assisting the UK Head of Finance and CFO (FD) in ensuring that all internal and external financial reporting is made in accordance with approved time scales
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Monthly management accounting
- Statutory accounting and Auditing ยท
- Corporation Tax computing and filing VAT returns
- Indian company accounting
- Integrating planned acquisitions
The Successful Candidate:
The successful should be a CA with a post-qualification experience of around 7 years. He should have the below mentioned qualifications:
- Cleared IELTS Level 7
- Should have led a team
- Auditing experience
- Conversant with UKGAAP and IGAAP
- Advance excel skills (excel formula structuring, VBA, Macros)
- Excellent communications skills Experience of UK payroll, Sales ledger, Purchase and all general accounting functions
