AVP F&A Digital transformation

Role : Core responsibilities include :

- F&A DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

- F&A DIGITAL IMPLEMENTATION

- F&A DIGITAL DELIVERY

- Define digital architecture platform in F&A space

- Solutioning with strong non-functional requirements including performance, maintainability in web, mobile client applications and complex integration using web-services

- Intensive R&D to evaluate new technologies, build frameworks/solutions to make that technology useable in the company and embed the solution/ framework in companies Digital offerings

- Strive for continuous improvement/ refinement of existing technology portfolio and position the company as leading Innovative player

- Keep abreast with technology trends through market research, evaluate emerging technologies and identify tech capabilities to focus on

- Finalize the technologies to build the required capabilities, and chart out the roadmap through organic or inorganic route

- Help in Industry gap analysis and advice on potential ways to fulfill these gaps using technology

- Help in architecting end-to-end solutions for clients- business transformation

- Work as a team player

Required Skill Set :

- Minimum 10 - 14 years of industry experience

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

- Most recent experience in a tech R&D/Innovations in new techs (Mobility, Workflow, Machine Learning, Cognitive, NLP, NLG, Cloud, Big Data/Analytics etc.)

- Should be able to work in a dynamic environment; ability to work in fast paced/ high energy environment

- Should be self motivated/ Should be a self-starter

- Hands on Architect experience of software engineering principles, such as Continuous Integration & Agile Development having led/ delivered innovative solutions

- Strong change management skills and ability to find senior leader sponsorship

- Strong presentation, executive client/ partner management and business development skill
