Job Purpose:

Plan, develop and execute the delivery strategy for the business unit to ensure client satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability for the business unit. Ensure efficient service delivery, revenue management, operational planning, and business development through sustained delivery. Significant participation in prospective client solutioning, client presentation and supporting effective new client growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Ensure that existing client requirement run efficiently to ensure higher profitability

- Maintain and increase FTEs as per the budget

- Generate additional revenue

- Focus on efficiencies - leaner, greener and faster

- Focus on Process stabilization & sustained delivery

- Reducing operation costs

2. Evaluate spans of BAU and low complexity processes

- Deliver on client benefits through innovation and improvements

- Create plan to deliver efficiency

- Strengthen operational team as well as support functions to minimize leakages

- PI Strategy to be created in consultation with the client BO's and Six Sigma teams where available

- Build and strengthen the PI team in collaboration with PI team.

3. People management

- Focus Groups with HR and Ops Sr. leadership on a regular basis

- Different engagement plan for each strata of employees

- Focus on employees training and development, esp. wrt to ESAT and employee morale

- HIPO engagement initiatives to be reviewed regularly

- Cross training and skill enhancement for BO in particular and for voice in general

- Collaborative working with Line HR to avail their expertise more from a people engagement and retention perspective

- Evaluate specific tasks of each job to assure that key functions are performed effectively

- Ensure minimal staff attrition and high levels of engagement

4. New client Acquisition

- Lead new client acquisition process from a delivery solutioning perspective

- Contribute to understanding and designing client solutions to enable client acquisition and smooth transition

- Ensure client satisfaction on all SLAs and given parameters

5. Provide assistance to industry and BU leadership for development of strategies for business development and process improvements. Working on Strategic Priorities such as (but not limited to):

- Look for opportunities to deliver additional savings for the clients

- Deliver operational efficiency improvements for both EXL and Client

- Assistance in business development as and when required

- Reduction in Overheads as % of Revenues

- Participation in people development initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Highlighters - General Accounting , F&A, Client Management, Strong People Management Experience, P2P, R2R, O2C

Specifications :

- Must be a qualified Charted Accountant along with Graduation degree

- 12 years + experience with minimum 7+ Yrs of experience into BPO.

- Thorough working knowledge in Finance & Accounting (In all towers i.e, P2P, R2R, O2C)

- Relevant experience in the Outsourcing domain including leading delivery for multiple clients in F&A

- Excellent Communication Skills

- People Management Experience should be 6 years +

- Team Size Managed should be 100 FTE+

- Strategic role, Client interaction, Frequent travel, Growing the existing business

- P&L Management

- Extensive Client Management

- Lead Special Projects

- Should be comfortable to move into an I.C. Role.
