Focus of the Function:

Stabilizing a new account and getting revenue growth through cross- selling and embed our Retail Operations with industry relevant domain expertise

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role?

1. Should have managed large sized AP operations (Team of at least 100+) for at least a period of 3 years and have excellent domain expertise in Accounts Payables

2. Proven record of handling clients independently and having transitioned knowledge from onshore locations

3. Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and championing improvement projects

4. Proven record of financial acumen (ability to understand complex contracts, financial budgets and ability to link initiatives to financial outcomes and drive right operational initiatives to accomplish the desired financial outcomes

What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years?

Develop relationships with the client, build a strong understanding of the client's strategy and issues faced by them, have them see Organisation as a thought leader in their industry, defend and maintain existing book of business, and drive revenue growth

Specific Competencies: (Essential)

- Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks

- Ability to manage multiple geographies and understand / appreciate the cultural nuances

- Ability to manage through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures.

- Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing and consensus building skills

- Work effectively in virtual and geographically and culturally diverse teams

- Exception verbal and written communication and Presentation skills. Should be able to prepare and present independently & confidently to senior leadership within ORGANISATION and Client organization

- Ability to work with all levels of the organization

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- This will be a ops lead position in finance and accounting space

- The team size will be bet 100 to 150 .Combination of associated and managers

- The Individual should have exposure/experience to systematically evaluate business opportunities, the entrepreneurial mindset to build on existing capabilities, and, should be able to take appropriate risks to pursue new ventures / alliances / acquisitions

- Collaborate in the prospect process including, but not limited to, due diligence, client solution design and P&L modeling

- Participate in the external marketing of the company through development of marketing collateral and participation in industry meetings and conferences

- Must have the ability to collaborate and work globally with other Organisation business leaders and functional leaders to create & commercialize existing and new product offerings

- Manage the delivery of outsourced services across globally spread out delivery network to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell

- Manage project to achieve/exceed proposal P&L expectations

- Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement.

- Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.

- Proactively understand Clients- business need and propose appropriate solutions

- Manage engagement staffing levels to deliver against client revenue
