Looking for AVP-Operations (F&A domain)with a leading US based BPO/KPO based out at Noida location.

Candidate must have an experience in BPO or Shared Service environment.

- International exposure to F&A Outsourcing environment.

- Hands on experience in F&A processes – Record to Report, Order to Cash, International Taxation

- Experience in the Insurance and Financial Services sector.

- Exposure to US GAAP, Finance Transformation, Financial ERP Systems

- Experience of managing operations in BPO

- 10-12 years of work experience out of which at least the last 2 years in a leadership position.

A balance of technical, business and leadership skills. Hands on general manager with strong operational experience.

- High client management and relationship skills and ability to network at senior levels

- Detailed oriented

- Outstanding communication skills

- Prior experience with multinational and BPO – cultural fit

Candidate having an exposure in US taxation would be added advantage.

Qualification: Preferably a CA, or CPA or an MBA Finance from a premier institute.

Compensation - Upto 16 Lacs p.a
