Position : Existing Customer Management

Experience : 10+ years

Education/Qualification : B.Tech /B.E/MBA or Masters in Statistics/Economics (Preferred)

Location : Gurgaon

Domain : Banking and credit card

Skills Required :

- Experienced in Credit card analytics, Good command of SAS, Excel.

- Good written and verbal communication skills required, including deck writing

- Ability to solve complex business problems with minimal intervention

The basic responsibilities of the individuals will be :

- Discussing with clients and creating independent solutions to business problems

- SME of programs being executed within ECM

- Experience in client management, people management, project management.
