Looking to fill AVP Engineering role   Exp: 8+ yrs  Work location - Delhi   About Client : B2B Saas Analytical firm   We require a leader in engineering who can own and drive engineering teams across existing and upcoming new products. Our current strength of 50+ engineers is expected to grow and we- re looking to hire a leader who can set the vision of engineering organization and own team structure, allocation of engineers, hiring, career growth, tech strategy and set engineering processes needed for mature and new products.  What you will do-   Play a role in leadership team to shape and inform organization strategy  Collaborate with product and business teams to decide what needs to built by the engineering team  Own and deliver high quality (well tested, robust, scalable, secure) business focused product delivery at a rapid pace from engineering teams  Attract, hire and retain bright engineers in the organization  Own technology vision and strategy  Grow talent internally (leads, engineering managers and architects)  Drive adoption of good engineering practices across multiple products  Onboard, mentor and train fresh and less experienced engineers  Minimum criteria:  You should have lead a team of at least 50 engineers  You should have had 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years of management and leadership experience  You get excited by business as much as you get excited by technology  You should have had experience managing a remote team   You should have managed a team responsible for more than one product (since currently Client have 2 products, with more on the way)  You should have experience of leading teams who are working both on scaled up, mature products and new, experimental products  You should have experience of delivering in a fast-paced manner (think Agile and Lean v/s Waterfall)  You should have working knowledge of Frontend languages and stacks (JavaScript / React / Angular), and Backend languages and stacks (Python / PHP / NodeJS) and databases (Postgres / MySQL / Mongo)
