Designation: AVP-Employee Relations
Position reports to Head-Human Resources and dotted line to Global Head-Employee relations
Location: Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role holder will provide specialist advice in relation to ER issues and cases across a full range of the activities, balancing technical input with practical and commercial advice. The emphasis will be on providing pragmatic solutions.
- Additionally, the role holder will be expected to partner with HRBP colleagues and the business on a day-to-day basis.
Core accountabilities:
- Disciplinary, Capability and Grievance Case Management
- Change Management and Restructuring Programs
- Knowledge Transfer
- Risk and Governance
Key Clients: Primary internal clients will be the HRBP's and business managers and leaders; Primary external clients may include external law firms and consulting practices.
Desired Profile:
- 10-15 Years of Employee relations activities from any domain
- MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR/IR from any university
- Hands-on experience in Employee relations activities in Global organisations
- In depth ER/Employment Law related activities knowledge
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
