Key accountabilities :

- Defining and Leading an Employment Value Proposition agenda for the Company that will enable it to achieve its ambitions of growth and so also to be among top Great Places To Work. Craft and execute an appropriate Employee engagement and Retention strategy.

- Partner with the Leadership team to align key Human Resource interventions with the business and the broader People agenda

- Develop and implement a Best in Class Employee Enagement agenda to enhance a sense of belonging, motivation, fun at workplace and sense of pride among the employees.

- Lead a team of Generalists to works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to execute the People agenda

- Enable creation and sustenance of a healthy employee relations climate and an Inclusive workplace,where diversity thrives

- Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional manner

- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented and adhered to

- Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of teams productivity, redress of grievances, rewards and recognition, etc.

- High on Influencing Skills specially at the leadership team level

- Ability to establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with department managers. Demonstrable maturity, iauthenticity and gravitas

- Quick to identify and problem solve any issues

- Ability to command confidence of the CEO and other senior Leaders/managers

- Able to problem solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic approach

- Demonstrates passion - approaches all tasks in an enthusiastic way. Committed to upholding Compnay's ethics and values

- Results-focused - Tenacious approach to delivery and quality of output

- Excellent communication skills - Managing complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence
