Heading Direct Planning for the group which involves the following core activities:

- Ideation of structures within the contours of the deal terms

- Arriving at a regulatory compliant structure

- Identifying and evaluating structures for tax efficient investments and exits

- Determination of appropriate funding instruments

- Reviewing the agreements and contracts

- Evaluating alternate structures for entering into contracts

- Suggesting tax saving tools w.r.t. specific transactions

- Knowledge of Infrastructure benefit schemes

- Coordinating with internal and external personnel

- Relevant knowledge of Allied laws

- Added knowledge of Indirect Taxes desired

- Experience in Real Estate preferable
