Position : AVP/ Digital Transformation Lead
Role and Responsibilities :
- Discover and define the transformational roadmap with tangible outcomes and timelines
- Provides a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects
- Leads & manages the process along to undertake a detailed SWOT analysis for the firm w.r.t digital capabilities.
- Leads the development of digital business strategy and road map, and ensures its integration with the enterprise strategic planning process
- Acts as a change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain enterprise digital capabilities
- Develop and implement tools and a central management system that drives towards continuous performance improvement
Candidate Experience Requirement :
- 10 -13 years of experience
- Experience in leading and supporting digital business strategy and Programs
- Substantial experience of leading transformation programme and Implementation
- Transformation/Change program Management till benefits realization in captives, start-ups, GIC (Global In-house Centres)/Captives of small to mid-size MNC's preferably in BFSI sector
- Experience in employee engagement and influencing leadership teams, department heads and stakeholders to achieve transformational outcomes
- Experience of implementing lean six sigma, Kanban, Kaizen
