Ctc : Negotiable, depending upon current CTC and relevant experience.

Designation : AVP

Vertical : Digital Banking group

- Consumer Banking is set to undergo a rapid transformation in the next 2-3 years. The Bank has launched Digital banking to leverage this digitization opportunity to rapid scale its consumer banking business.

- Customer acquisition from open market is a key lever for growth. It is imperative to maximize opportunity available through combination of internal and external campaigns to drive cost-effective acquisitions.

Job Purpose :

- New customer acquisition for the Digital banking proposition

- Conceptualize and implement open market sourcing campaigns

- Strengthen the Member Get Member program to maximize throughput from existing customer base, including staff

- Integrate campaigns with social assets (Earned Media) of the client to create viral impact and drive lower cost of acquisitions

- Build the marketplace channel for sourcing NTB through constant engagement with lager players.

- Manage key accounts to deliver the numbers committed as per the Business plan

- Manage Key account relationships with all the stakeholders in the Partner organization

- Work internally with Stakeholders (Product, IT, Legal, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure that sales campaigns are delivered in line with the agreed timelines

- Develop expertise and market intelligence on competition sales practices (Banks, Wallets, Insurance etc.), emerging online sourcing models and identify new partnerships

- Be result oriented and be able to exert influence within and outside the organization.

Required Experience :

- Expertise in sales & marketing or a related field in BFSI ( digital initiative sales ), Telecom ( online money transfer ), eCommerce apps & firms into money transfer

- Graduate / Post-Graduate with relevant experience.
