Looking to hire a national head of sales.  Position Description :  - Overall responsibility for digital ad sales with understanding of sponsorship solutions and monitoring rates and sale inventory.  - Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets for the region. Define go-to-market sales strategy for Sponsorship products.  - Proposing winning digital propositions for clients for large format shows, originals and any other content which can be added from time to time. Adding to the existing client base in digital and constantly develop new accounts.   - Establish key relationships cross-functionally and with, product management and product marketing to identify and successfully address large complex business opportunities.  - Establish key relationships across multi market teams (clients and agencies) to help drive sales and to accelerate and scale the sales and deployment of larger solution sales opportunities.  - Execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the brand.  Budget Management : plan and administer the annual/ quarterly ad sales revenue target to achieve the maximum impact and achievement of business objectives.  Hiring Profile :  - MBA - Sales & Marketing with 10-12 years of experience,preferably in a national role, in online and digital space ( web & app ).   - Excellent relationships with digital stakeholders. Should have led a team of managers.   - Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions.  - Track record of solution and consultative selling. Deep understanding of consumer and buyer behaviour. In depth account management skills to ensure client servicing and increasing repeat business possibilities.  Will be appreciated if only people with relevant experience in digital ad sales apply for this role.
